Supports Infor Syteline ERP. Developed a Salesforce interface for orders/invoices and sales dashboards. Led conversion of a custom CRM database to Salesforce Accounts and Contacts. Upgraded Syteline ERP from v9 to v10 in partnership with business stakeholders and the implementation vendor.
Supported Aptean Ross ERP. Implemented Aptean's third-party EDI for document translation. Developed Ross Data Collection for barcoded inventory transactions. Configured NiceLabel Automation to translate XML files from the ERP into barcode labels and placards.
Drove process improvement for aftermarket systems — claims processing, technical product call tracking, spare-parts pricing. Led a $1.2M global claims processing implementation on Salesforce and architected the interface from Salesforce to Oracle, PRMS, and QAD for claim payment processing.
Led developers designing and building a web-based shop-floor system for truck assembly that improved efficiency and reduced quality defects. Contributed to a JD Edwards ERP upgrade from a 20-year-old beta version to v9.2.
Owned all IT operations for the Menasha and Tulsa plants. Direct support of Data3 ERP and all business applications — project management, security, administration, disaster recovery, and help desk.
Supported Data3 ERP across 19 North American plants ($1.5B annual revenue). Built and enhanced EDI inbound/outbound document flows and a WMS interface. Built a touch-screen shop-floor system bridging SQL Server and AS/400.
